Transform Your Health with WATSU® Therapy

During a session, the WATSU® therapy allows for the body to enter Alpha Waves (8-12Hz) which associate with a relaxing, calm and meditative state. 


The rhythmic movements and supportive environment help reduce stress and sensory overload in the mind and body. 


Therefore the “fight or flight” response is not activated within the nervous system as it has had chance to slow down and balance, encouraging a feeling of safety and peace.


An integration of the mind and the body with combining physical touch within a supportive environment. And finally encouraging an over all improvement in general well being. 

What is it used for?

As a therapeutic treatment, WATSU® is used to alleviate pain and tension. People also use it to enhance physical movement and joint mobility. It may provide relief for people with:
