Barre & Functional Pilates

 Barre and functional hybrid Pilates has a goal of restoring the spine’s natural curvature while promoting the rebalancing of the muscles around the joints. 


Focusing on the techniques such as breathing, fluidity of movement, and concentration.


And encourages more on the alignment of your posture, using props, and engaging in a sequential flow.

 We work with you every step of the way to help you achieve your health goals and to feel a new sense of wellbeing and strength.


The beneficial result is best achieved after a series of 6 - 8 sessions, either taught as a private or in a group session. 


Alternatively, classes are every Wednesday evening from 6-7pm.
